Khymberly Booth

As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Khymberly Booth is responsible for building our multi-year people strategies with a focus on developing talent, increasing engagement, and upholding our organizational values.

Khymberly has over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in global business settings. Prior to joining SGS, Khymberly held the role of CHRO at Athletico, where she oversaw all aspects of talent and organizational effectiveness for the company’s 8,000+ employees. Before joining Athletico, Khymberly held a variety of HR leadership roles for BP and its global subsidiaries.

Khymberly has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Business, Human Resource Management from the University of Houston, Clear Lake. She and her husband, Brandon, live in Barrington, IL with their three children.
