Sandy Ramsey

As Chief Financial Officer, Sandy Ramsey is responsible for SGS & Co’s financial management strategy and business plan to accurately measure business performance and build enterprise value.

Prior to joining SGS, Sandy was Chief Financial Officer at Impact, a private-equity owned company that was sold to Acosta in July of 2021 where she also strengthened their finance function. She was with Acosta from 1998 to 2020 where she rose through the ranks to become the Executive Vice President of Finance Operations. Along the way, she’s held a variety of roles in the accounting and finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Sandy is a CPA and a graduate of West Virginia University. She serves as the Finance Chair and Treasurer on the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Board which helps families tackling childhood cancer by providing comprehensive financial, emotional and practical support. Sandy lives in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband Steve and their dog Bela.
