Dan Debicella

Dan Debicella is SGS & Co’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for leading our global operations network. He also holds the title of Chief Transformation Officer, where he continues to build cross-functional capabilities to deliver exceptional value for our clients. Dan coordinates commercial, operations, and back office functions to create new and better ways of working.

Dan has over twenty-five years of expertise in strategy and transformation in CPG. He has worked in the CPG practice of McKinsey, led North American beverage strategy for Pepsi, and served in senior transformation leadership roles at Bridgewater Associates, Young’s Market, and Serta Simmons Bedding. Dan also served as a Connecticut State Senator.

Dan holds a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in Connecticut with his wife, Alex, and his two children, Danny and Theo.
